Product Engineering

At CeeGees, product engineering is a lot of fun because it entails everything from idea creation to design, development, testing, and finally deployment of the software product.

this is how we do it

1Research and Drawing Board

(no tech no code)

We work with you to understand your vision and the problem statement. We do our thorough research to identify your target audience. We are on the drawing board to refine your idea and detailing different components of solutioning. At times, we might challenge your vision to refine the product . We also help you to define the appropriate success criteria and the measurement strategies.

2Sketch to Design

(let's get the basics right)

We sketch out the product and core user-flows. We help you identify delivery mechanisms for the best user experience, it could be through a website, mobile application, a bot , a conversational experience or something else.Tackling the crucial questions while designing a rich and immersive experience is of foremost importance. The prototype is then developed to be tested in the target demographics.

3Coffee and Code

(the fun zone)

We follow an agile development model. We plan a 2 week Sprint by defining end goal and the team works as a single unit towards that goal. At the end of a sprint, you will have a working software which encompasses a feature in its entirety. These features would be the lego blocks that shapes into the modelled solution.

4Test and Iterate

(perfection is what we strive)

At the end of every sprint cycle , we generate a testable version of your product, you will be experiencing the product like and end user. we will actively taking in feedback from key stake holders and our internal QA Team. We work on those feedback and enhance the product to make sure all user flow and experience related issues are ironed out before we release the application to the outside world

5Deployment & Web Maintenance

(we got your back)

This is when machines do the talking. We present your baby to the target audience to get feedback and iterate on improving and scaling your system considering various factors. These factors vary for each of the problem domains. The way we plan for scaling a website for viewership is very different from how we plan for scaling a multiplayer game. We have CI/CD pipelines setup to autoscale the application to millions of users.

6

Rampwalk & Feedback

(test, iterate, repeat)

We believe that without critical feedback, there can be no progress, thus we welcome any feedback, whether positive or negative. We believe it will enable us to improve our performance and deliver the greatest results for you. That is why we welcome our users to have a look at our apps and provide valuable feedback.
